Bread

It is official, I no longer buy bread. I wanted some bread with my pasta last night and I just baked some. I didn’t even think about it, I just did it. I’m so glad that I don’t have to rely on the grocery stores to supply my Italian bread.

I’m Italian goddamit, bread is in my blood. The fact that I went this long without knowing how to bake a decent loaf is crazy. I love bread. It’s a simple as that.

Inflation has hit bread prices, and a decent sandwich bread is ridiculous. I make a farmstyle wheat bread for roughly 40 cents and it’s a thousand times better than any store’s selection.

I think more people need to learn how to make things from scratch. Like seriously. All I’m saying is if the world is ending due to some crazy virus…….. Your boy would have endless bread to trade.
