Here are some of the things that I have learned and continue to learn.
June 25, 2021: NO REGRATS, TRUST YOUR SENSE IN JUDGEMENT AND DO NOT LET OTHER PEOPLE GUIDE YOUR DECSIONS. Example: Dad calls me stating that one of his friends is making $100000 and he is younger than me. Ask question: Are you happy with where I am? Yes. Don’t live someone else’s life.
June 25, 2021: Buy things at the right time, not at the wrong time. Example: Buy a motorcycle in the winter, sell in the summer. simple. Reduction of risk is needed for all things.
July 29, 2020: Don’t buy a fucking a 20 year old car, especially a rare 20 year old car. Parts are worth more than the car. Buy something simple like a Subaru outback that way everybody and their mom can fix it…. FYI, I bought a 1992 BMW K75 in September of that year…
April 24 2020: Happiness is when you smile at life’s little surprises.
April 23 2020: If you hangout with stupid people you will become stupid. Example: If you hang out with smokers chances are you will start smoking.
April 22, 2020: Look at your life from a productivity standpoint. If you were a business would you be efficient in getting tasks done?
