I slept like a baby last night. It was the first night in my new house! I woke up at 8 in the morning to the mountains staring at me. I had some tea and oatmeal for breakfast. A nice, quaint morning for Tony.
After washing all of the kitchenware that my landlord graciously gave us, I decided to go for a hike. Today it was Mount Sanitas. I put on my shoes walked out the front door and took a left towards the mountains. Within about 15 minutes, I reached the trailhead.
Lately I have been working out as I hike. I stop and do push ups, squats and other body weight exercises. With a hike like Sanitas, it’s painful to hike up nonstop. The exercises help make the experience more pleasant. Once I reach the top, I sat in the sun for about 30 minutes, listening to podcasts and music. I trekked down relatively fast but ended up finding a new trail that I had not conquered yet. I spent about 30 minutes getting lost in the trail system.
I got back to the trailhead around 2 p.m. I decided to walk down Boulder Creek and into town. I reached the library and ended up taking a nap on the grass for about 30 minutes. From there, I walked back to my house. I ate some ramen for lunch, the only food I have en mí casa.

But wait there’s more, while I was walking to the trailhead, I saw this really cool van and I figured I should post it. Only in Boulder……
